This was a highly professional experience.The quotation by Junaid which was delivered on time as promised, split into required options as requested. The actual job was completed by the skilled service team of Kofi and Zakir. They arrived on time everyday, well dressed and motivated. The skill of applying the epoxy in a 2 bedroom apartment whilst occupied deserves a special mention.They moved the furniture, marked where to put it back, divided 5 days of work so that the apartment could still be used. Not one joint required attention once they were completed. These are true professionals and I would recommend them without hesitation.They changed my unsightly (brand new) apartment into a dream home. What a difference.Thank you.

From a very scruffy looking floor with terribly dark/ chipped off grouting, I got a shiny and clean one, looking as good as brand new! Generally, my whole experience with Grout King was a very pleasant one from the very start: quick arrangement of unit inspection, quick and transparent quotation, and very minimal time until the works actually started. The team attending to my apartment were very professional and friendly. Noise/mess/inconvenience were very minimal (they used hand tools only and worked zone by zone, not all apartment at once). The guys were very punctual (rare to see this quality with some other contractors), polite, wearing clean uniforms and speaking fairly good English. Well done, Grout King, I can highly recommend you to anyone who wants their tiled floors look great!

I booked Grout King again after they did a fantastic job renewing the wall grout in my bathroom. This time, they removed all the existing cementitious grout from the floor and installed epoxy grout. Haidar and Manoj carried out the work professionally and with great attention to detail. The result is excellent, the floor looks clean, bright and like new. Comments: What do u do if u feel they deserve more than 5?? Grout King came to us in our time of need. Our contractors, whom we regretfully hired to renovate our bathrooms, could not get the grout right (among MANY other complaints). Michael and Christian were super responsive, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Qualities that seem to be missing with a lot of other companies/people we had to deal with in Dubai throughout this renovation adventure. Grout is not the only thing Grout King specialises in; we wish we had known that Grout King also does bathroom renovation. So if you ever decide to get a new bathroom, get it with them. Don't be tempted to go cheap, or you'll be stuck in renovation hell as we did for months on end. Thank you again, Grout King, for fixing our grouts and tiles!

Comments: We booked Grout King to deep clean the grouting in a new rental before we moved in. This was hands down the service that made the most difference to the condition of the apartment. Saleem and Bowani worked incredibly hard, including trying different products and going over some rooms twice in order to get a decent result. You will not meet two kinder or hard working gentlemen. We have dealt with a number of contractors during this period, and they were, without a doubt, the most professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Comments: Overall, I am very impressed by the way the company works as a team! From the moment we initially agreed on the services to be provided, I have had to make a few changes (renovation of the bathroom is full of surprises). The team, happily for me, met my needs and the new quote and a new date suitable for me were provided within hours. Grouting, regrouting and installation of the new tiles were done in a few days with good quality materials and fantastic application. I don't know what they did, but even my old tiles look like new!
