When you book a consultation, we’ll start by asking you what you’re looking for, before visiting your property to scope out the project further. We’ll work with you to design your dream fit out, before sourcing all of the materials needed to bring your vision to life. At this stage, you can also visit our showroom to see the full range of tiles, materials and accessories we can supply. When we’re ready to start work, we’ll need access to your property to carry out the work. We’ll work with you at every step to get all approvals and documentation ready. Once the job begins, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We’ll of course need some input from you so we can make sure we’re delivering a fit out that meets your requirements, but we’ll manage the entire project at our side. Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll let you know when all of the work is scheduled, when we need your input, and when we’re likely to be finished. If any hiccups arise along the way, we’ll deal with those too – you can be sure you’re in safe, professional hands when you choose Reno King. Every interior fit out is different, so the answer to this depends on the size of the project. If we’re fitting out a whole property, this could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. We’ll let you know during your consultation how long your job should take, depending on your requirements.

It’s up to you. As long as we have access to your property, we can carry out renovation work while you’re not there. Depending on the type of work being carried out, it might be more practical for you to move out until the job is finished. However, if we’re only renovating your kitchen or living room for example and the rest of your home isn’t affected by the work, you may still be able to live in your property while the work is being carried out. We’ll always give you plenty of notice if you need to move out for a short time.
