Do I need to project manage the fit out project?
No – we’ll make everything as easy and stress-free as possible for you. We’ll schedule in all of the work, liaise with our contractors, and keep you informed of any changes to the plan every step of the way. You just need to let us know your requirements, pay for our services, and we’ll do the rest.
Does Reno King offer commercial fit out services for *any* sized business?
Yes! No matter how large or small your business or premises, you’re welcome to book a consultation to discuss your commercial fit out needs. From cramped offices to high-rise commercial properties, we’ve worked on them all. Nothing fazes us.
How long does a commercial fit out typically take?
How long a commercial fit out takes depends on the size of the job at hand. We’ll give you a bespoke estimate during your consultation.

What kind of commercial fit out costs can I expect?

Will I be able to use my premises while the work is carried out?
It depends on the scale of the project. If we’re just fitting out a few rooms in your hotel or a small part of your office, you may still be able to use the premises while the work is carried out. However, in some cases, we’ll need full access to the site for health and safety reasons. We’ll let you know in advance when/if you’ll need to vacate.
