What renovation services do you offer?
Our renovation services include kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement renovations, and commercial renovations for hotels and restaurants too. From interior fit outs to outdoor renovations, we do it all. If you can’t see what you’re looking for on this list, give us a call and we’ll see how we can help you. Our contractors are an experienced bunch and they’ve worked on all kinds of renovations in the past.
How much renovation experience do you have?
Reno King was established in 2018, while the team has been carrying out both indoor and outdoor renovations in Dubai and overseas for over 50 years. In that time, we’ve worked on more than 500 renovations throughout the UAE.
How much do Reno King’s renovation services cost?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this one. We’ll give you an estimate for the cost of your renovation project as part of your consultation. Bear in mind that the quote will be for the cost of the materials, labour, and our expertise – we won’t hide any costs from you. Transparency is our middle name.
What are the payment options for my renovation?
Payment options can change depending on the scope of the job. Talk to us regarding payment options. We try to be flexible as well as fair.
How long does a Reno King renovation take?
Every renovation is different, but to give you an idea of how long a job is likely to take, you can expect a standard kitchen or bathroom renovation to take around 10 days, while a larger-scale commercial renovation could take anywhere up to 60 days.
Who will be working on my renovation?
When you decide to book Reno King’s renovation services, you can be sure that only our contractors will be working on the project – we do everything ourselves, we don’t use subcontractors. Our customers love this, as it means you know exactly who’s traipsing through your property!
Will I need to move out during the renovation?
It depends on the extent of the work. For example, if we’re doing an interior fit out in an en-suite bathroom, you’ll still have access to your main one, so you’ll still be able to live in the property – although we might need to turn off the water supply for long periods at a time. However, if we’re renovating your entire property, you’ll probably need to move out for a while for safety and general practicality reasons. We’ll always let you know what to expect as part of your initial consultation so you’ve got plenty of time to make arrangements.
